The story begins with the late Dr. Phillip Serrins, who began serving Visalia and Hanford with vision and eye care since the 1970's. Dr. Steven Serrins took over our Hanford office circa 1990 and opened his own practice in Visalia in 1994. Dr. Phillips Serrins continued to provide eye care in the Visalia Mall for decades before retiring. Dr. Jonathan Serrins is proud to follow their footsteps and to continue the legacy of compassion and excellence synonymous with the title of Dr. Serrins.
